BAPTISMS

Baptisms take place in our Church on Saturdays and Sundays. If you would like to arrange a Baptism, please contact the Parish Priest. Two preparation sessions precede the celebration of the Sacrament.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNIONS

First Holy Communion classes will be starting on 12 January 2026. Classes take place in the Church Hall on Monday evenings from 6.00pm - 6.45pm. Children who will be at least seven years old by June 2026 can be signed up now for the course, to prepare for First Confession and First Holy Communion in June.

Please fill in the attached form and return it to the Presbytery as soon as possible. There will be an Information Evening for parents of First Communicants on Friday 9 January 2026 at 8.00pm in the Parish Hall.

HOLY MATRIMONY

Every month the Parish Priest hosts a meeting for all who have the intention of marrying. This meeting is then followed up by several other meetings where the spiritual, practical and theological aspects of Marriage are discussed and explained. We also supervise the paperwork and documentation required, as well as assisting with the all-important Order of Service!

CONFIRMATION

The Bishop visits once every two years to celebrate this Sacrament. However, many need to be confirmed between these visits, and the Parish Priest runs regular classes for those who wish to be Confirmed privately.

ANOINTING OF THE SICK

This can be arranged by contacting the Parish Priest, who is also very happy to bring Holy Communion to the sick and housebound.

HOLY ORDERS

Those contemplating a vocation to the Priesthood, Diaconate, or Religious Life, are invited to contact the Parish Priest.
